The game was originally developed, distributed, and produced by LucasArts as a comical tribute to both classic and <span class="mw-redirect">horror film</span><span class="mw-redirect">s</span> of the 1950s through the 1980s<br /><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjf9Ul4YXEOq1TzVQ3ZUpMuzAhHpqprb3JAJwMuqb8e04ZoiPff5gd1bqUJTCUD3dcQnxQG6KDEoMsIW2mNCeoLrEocCiMD9hdo2byaPEH1hxGVmRCg_LZNfapGTkKhwzigdccmoZFQHE0p/s1600/zombies-ate-my-neighbors-character-selection.jpg"><img style="display: block; margin: 0px auto 10px; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 320px; height: 278px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjf9Ul4YXEOq1TzVQ3ZUpMuzAhHpqprb3JAJwMuqb8e04ZoiPff5gd1bqUJTCUD3dcQnxQG6KDEoMsIW2mNCeoLrEocCiMD9hdo2byaPEH1hxGVmRCg_LZNfapGTkKhwzigdccmoZFQHE0p/s320/zombies-ate-my-neighbors-character-selection.jpg" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5575262896495825506" border="0" /></a><br /><br />The goal of the game is to collect all the neighbors on whatever map you're on while avoiding or killing the monsters.At least one neighbor must be saved from each level to progress to the next, more points are earned if all the people in a particular level are saved, but they can also be killed by the monsters.You get a multitude of different weapons ranging from squirt guns,bazookas, cutlery, plates, bubble guns, fire extinguishers, pandora's box, Popsicles, tomatoes, and several other items. You only get 3 lives with plenty hit points per life. Extra lives are rare, your health kits quickly deplete, and it is easy to take a beating if you run out of ammo or get stuck in a corner. Some of the enemies are really tough to kill, and should best be avoided if possible.<br /><br />If you are a fan of horror games, or just a fan of the SNES you must play this game. I guarantee you a fun experience and a great time.<a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgLtHFf-vVUNSabgT2-pDur6dtyQ8dNGS_U5qFii3gVGEW5eXdPjoYUwCRu1TdGD0hbYhcnc_TwL83YVfSJNURfkXm7ESoMlQFgZXbAsM0LcwXgJLwnVFgGmOewZBLZ5Zp5QiwnFgIxkgKD/s1600/4265.zeke.jpg"><img style="display: block; margin: 0px auto 10px; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 176px; height: 235px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgLtHFf-vVUNSabgT2-pDur6dtyQ8dNGS_U5qFii3gVGEW5eXdPjoYUwCRu1TdGD0hbYhcnc_TwL83YVfSJNURfkXm7ESoMlQFgZXbAsM0LcwXgJLwnVFgGmOewZBLZ5Zp5QiwnFgIxkgKD/s320/4265.zeke.jpg" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5575262899351690322" border="0" /></a><br /><br /><table style="width: 420px; height: 75px;" class="infobox vevent" cellpadding="3" cellspacing="0"><tbody><tr style=""><td><b>Developer(s)</b></td> <td>LucasArts</td> </tr> <tr style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% rgb(240, 240, 240);"> <td><b>Publisher(s)</b></td> <td>Konami (SNES, Mega Drive/Genesis)<br />LucasArts (Virtual Console)</td></tr></tbody></table><br /><table style="width: 421px; height: 48px;" class="infobox vevent" cellpadding="3" cellspacing="0"><tbody><tr style=""><td><b>Genre(s)</b></td> <td>Run and gun</td> </tr> <tr style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% rgb(240, 240, 240);"> <td><b>Mode(s)</b></td> <td>Single-player, Cooperative</td></tr></tbody></table><br /><span style="white-space: nowrap;"><b>Release date(s)</b></span> <ul style="list-style: none outside none; padding: 0px; margin: 0px;"><li style=""><small><sup>NA</sup></small> July 19, 1993</li></ul> <ul style="list-style: none outside none; padding: 0px; margin: 0px;"><li style=""><small><sup>PAL</sup></small> January 27, 1994</li></ul>Unknownnoreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7939623319301565811.post-35547259493661774532011-02-18T03:49:00.000-08:002011-02-18T04:43:04.026-08:00Gunstar Heroes<a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhISOPuw8d6dsgNaNqGeF4EmEbSG6kVpP3dBKj09MogtWkAmdUj3LsMGvCa4_DhnpGTCDdf3rxBCgMNf5qh5mB01fdEAT1FBvwrqzzFbVzz2w8PAH4P6cUhcAXqbKryNi4C13LAePQkBJpm/s1600/GunstarHeroescover.jpg"><img style="display: block; margin: 0px auto 10px; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 219px; height: 300px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhISOPuw8d6dsgNaNqGeF4EmEbSG6kVpP3dBKj09MogtWkAmdUj3LsMGvCa4_DhnpGTCDdf3rxBCgMNf5qh5mB01fdEAT1FBvwrqzzFbVzz2w8PAH4P6cUhcAXqbKryNi4C13LAePQkBJpm/s320/GunstarHeroescover.jpg" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5575006135592909650" border="0" /></a><br /><br /><br />Gunstar Heroes is a side scrolling run and gun shooter like Contra or Metal Slug. You’re going to run, and shoot, a lot. Player has four weapons to choose from, and they can be combined in various pairs to create a total of 14 unique weapons. In addition to the weapons, the player can engage enemies in close quarters combat. It is possible to grab and toss enemies, perform sliding and jumping attacks and a long-range skid<br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgr22-YEhg5E2sVjWLv2hGdKFTsK1NjO66GBqrtzo1k_Pri4rbZSF5owgPv1MxpSXqtTeHTzHYtptQPS1f-ZtHZnpkz6Wnmx2oujquj3Fq2SkRvTbYQaOIksm7Ymp4l6gEHxCveks-vBUw8/s1600/14.jpg"><img style="display: block; margin: 0px auto 10px; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 250px; height: 202px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgr22-YEhg5E2sVjWLv2hGdKFTsK1NjO66GBqrtzo1k_Pri4rbZSF5owgPv1MxpSXqtTeHTzHYtptQPS1f-ZtHZnpkz6Wnmx2oujquj3Fq2SkRvTbYQaOIksm7Ymp4l6gEHxCveks-vBUw8/s320/14.jpg" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5575006131078485106" border="0" /></a><br />The variety of action in the game makes it stand uniquely from all other platform action games.<br />You can pick from 4 levels, level in this game is huge and just when you think you've seen off the last boss ,another one appears.<br />In one scene you are on a mine cart going at insane speeds fighting enemies everywhere, going up on the ceiling or down on the ground. Next thing you know you're playing a board game with dices for different levels, and then the pretty difficult space battle in the ship. In two player mode, it's even more entertaining.<br /><br />Gunstar Heroes is great game that is perfect for fans of the genre. With a friend, though, it's a real blast. The game will play just about the same with one or two players, so it's obviously a much quicker play with two of you manning the controls.I highly recommend this game to anyone that hasn't checked it out yet.<a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiTWPxnm7jhW1RhamDJXK-IwISyhdCd1OYh5KBl6Aney0MhY1E9owfF_r-MtqhVtXfL7dDKTXCGubhEkfA6fqf8XJYQqcOCk4I_jt1yL-CJW5ibC_Z9YCFir5BG2SjTOBagEOGh71BWgApZ/s1600/colonelred.jpg"><img style="display: block; margin: 0px auto 10px; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 175px; height: 130px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiTWPxnm7jhW1RhamDJXK-IwISyhdCd1OYh5KBl6Aney0MhY1E9owfF_r-MtqhVtXfL7dDKTXCGubhEkfA6fqf8XJYQqcOCk4I_jt1yL-CJW5ibC_Z9YCFir5BG2SjTOBagEOGh71BWgApZ/s320/colonelred.jpg" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5575006128354387778" border="0" /></a><br /><br /><b>Title:</b> <i>Gunstar Heroes</i><br /><b>Genre:</b> Shooter (Run 'n Gun)<br /><b>Publisher:</b> SEGA<br /><b>Developer:</b> Treasure<br /><b>Release Date:</b> September 9, 1993Unknownnoreply@blogger.com5tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7939623319301565811.post-83513580094906209452011-02-17T22:04:00.000-08:002011-02-17T23:49:54.771-08:00UFO-Enemy Unknown<a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjsWnsIQ3B_bBjRXBF2PX1CuXq9vaYygVShVXsdnf6zDKF334CeaaemV6-ht7BPQdGUlQEoisfwsdlKUTgo4qj_iI8kD-DZQ8QpNtSD9WLKe65COrqfypo6X5yVDupF0tUdsX5HlMw5Hstr/s1600/UFO+-+Enemy+Unknown_1.jpg"><img style="display: block; margin: 0px auto 10px; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 256px; height: 160px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjsWnsIQ3B_bBjRXBF2PX1CuXq9vaYygVShVXsdnf6zDKF334CeaaemV6-ht7BPQdGUlQEoisfwsdlKUTgo4qj_iI8kD-DZQ8QpNtSD9WLKe65COrqfypo6X5yVDupF0tUdsX5HlMw5Hstr/s320/UFO+-+Enemy+Unknown_1.jpg" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5574927713563647938" border="0" /></a><br /><p><span id="result_box" class="short_text" lang="en"><span title="Click for alternate translations" class="hps">I</span><span class="" title="Click for alternate translations">'ll</span> <span title="Click for alternate translations" class="hps">start</span> <span title="Click for alternate translations" class="hps">with a</span> <span title="Click for alternate translations" class="hps">game</span> <span title="Click for alternate translations" class="hps">titled </span></span>UFO Enemy Unknown, or perhaps better known by the name of X-Com . The ground combat is turn-based, but nonetheless very dynamic and interesting.I suggest you get it now and play the game you won't regret</p><p><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEirAY82DEX4Hm0yaJXxkybcIdgBQWIWmbT4EoHhuw5HPSGGYl1itTSbJ6FPmhDPs628jeWUfDzGwTJ98HWglDThJxlRarSV59ef3u-iA48VqkGTAl9JKivXIRPf8Y1SqX5l999Pq-Aigjjc/s1600/UFO+-+Enemy+Unknown_3.jpg"><img style="display: block; margin: 0px auto 10px; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 256px; height: 160px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEirAY82DEX4Hm0yaJXxkybcIdgBQWIWmbT4EoHhuw5HPSGGYl1itTSbJ6FPmhDPs628jeWUfDzGwTJ98HWglDThJxlRarSV59ef3u-iA48VqkGTAl9JKivXIRPf8Y1SqX5l999Pq-Aigjjc/s320/UFO+-+Enemy+Unknown_3.jpg" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5574927718178310402" border="0" /></a><span style="" coregamerelease=""><div style="font-size: 100%; font-weight: bold;">Published by</div><div style="font-size: 90%; padding-left: 1em; padding-bottom: 0.25em;">MicroProse Software, Inc.</div><div style="font-size: 100%; font-weight: bold;">Developed by</div><div style="font-size: 90%; padding-left: 1em; padding-bottom: 0.25em;">MicroProse Software, Inc., Mythos Games Ltd.</div><div style="font-size: 100%; font-weight: bold;">Released</div><div style="font-size: 90%; padding-left: 1em; padding-bottom: 0.25em;">1994</div><br /><div style="font-size: 100%; font-weight: bold;">Platforms</div><div style="font-size: 90%; padding-left: 1em; padding-bottom: 0.25em;">Amiga, Amiga CD32, DOS, PlayStation, Windows</div> <div id="coreGameGenre"><div><div style="font-size: 100%; font-weight: bold;">Genre</div><div style="font-size: 90%; padding-left: 1em; padding-bottom: 0.25em;">Strategy</div><div style="font-size: 100%; font-weight: bold;">Perspective</div><div style="font-size: 90%; padding-left: 1em; padding-bottom: 0.25em;">Isometric</div><div style="font-size: 100%; font-weight: bold;">Non-Sport</div><div style="font-size: 90%; padding-left: 1em; padding-bottom: 0.25em;">Sci-Fi / Futuristic, Turn-based</div></div></div><table style="width: 656px; height: 65px;"><tbody> </tbody></table></span></p>Unknownnoreply@blogger.com8tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7939623319301565811.post-64254804227183102552011-02-16T23:33:00.000-08:002011-02-17T23:51:15.165-08:00My first post!<span id="result_box" class="" lang="en"><span title="Click for alternate translations" class="hps"><br /></span></span><div style="text-align: center;"><span id="result_box" class="" lang="en"><span title="Click for alternate translations" class="hps">since</span> <span title="Click for alternate translations" class="hps">this</span> <span title="Click for alternate translations" class="hps">my first post</span> <span title="Click for alternate translations" class="hps">and </span></span>i’m not really very good about this whole blogging thing<span id="result_box" class="" lang="en"><span title="Click for alternate translations" class="hps"> </span></span><br /><br /><span id="result_box" class="" lang="en"> <span title="Click for alternate translations" class="hps">so</span> <span title="Click for alternate translations" class="hps">I</span> <span title="Click for alternate translations" class="hps">just</span> <span title="Click for alternate translations" class="hps">say</span> <span title="Click for alternate translations" class="hps atn">........................</span><span title="Click for alternate translations" class="hps"><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhAo4r6uIAxjkj-25nxv-4RG3Zs9nlNSfRkDrTtl3ZqYOqeMW5RoGXUENSx3VIE3vjD9hWORLve0MQbLhMUGJP4L5Eo2XaCSUDWy6PYC1R5UZhsV0-7UMjSf0b0uL3-9Z1LXO0-L4zagIbx/s1600/welcome.gif"><img style="display: block; margin: 0px auto 10px; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 320px; height: 283px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhAo4r6uIAxjkj-25nxv-4RG3Zs9nlNSfRkDrTtl3ZqYOqeMW5RoGXUENSx3VIE3vjD9hWORLve0MQbLhMUGJP4L5Eo2XaCSUDWy6PYC1R5UZhsV0-7UMjSf0b0uL3-9Z1LXO0-L4zagIbx/s320/welcome.gif" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5574932492522478610" border="0" /></a><br /><br /></span></span></div>Unknownnoreply@blogger.com0
